Develop and monitor annual and long-term channel business plans and growth initiatives.
Forecast, track performance, and optimize dealer-level objectives and commercial strategies.
Identify market trends and opportunities to expand presence through strategic partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual and long-term strategies for strategic channels that complement New Holland Construction’s traditional dealer network.
Identify opportunities to expand New Holland Construction’s presence through CNH agricultural dealers, large equipment fleets, and strategic rental accounts.
Develop channel-specific business plans, sales targets, growth initiatives, and performance measures.
Evaluate market trends, customer requirements, competitive activity, and channel economics to identify new opportunities.
Recommend specific channel structure, pricing, programs & commercial strategies.
Establish dealer-level business plans and track performance against agreed objectives.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts, business plans, and performance results dashboards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering, agriculture, construction management, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in sales, channel management, business development, strategic accounts, or a related commercial function.
Experience in construction equipment, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, rental, fleet management, or another capital equipment industry.
Demonstrated experience managing strategic customers, dealers, or key channel partners.
Willingness to travel to dealers, customers, and industry events(~50% or greater).
