Responsibilities

• Help plan and execute marketing events from logistics through post-event wrap-up
• Support execution of marketing and demand gen campaigns and programs in partnership with the marketing team
• Provide day-to-day marketing team support, asset coordination, reporting, and administrative needs
• Partner closely with partner marketing, design, product marketing, and demand gen to keep cross-functional work on track
• Coordinate and track marketing projects across the team, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• A hunger to learn and grow across different marketing disciplines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive working at the intersection of multiple teams
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

• Experience with marketing or project management tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, Notion)
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech
