Responsibilities

• Help translate client strategies and business goals into actionable marketing plans and deliverables.
• Work across content, social media, websites, email, digital campaigns, print, advertising, events, public relations, and other opportunities.
• Maintain strong brand cohesion across messaging, visuals, channels, and execution.
• Coordinate with designers, digital specialists, vendors, media contacts, clients, and other partners.
• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and new opportunities that can strengthen visibility and positioning.
• Manage multiple client priorities, deadlines, approvals, and handoffs so work continues moving forward.
• Bring ideas, solutions, and recommended next steps to the table proactively.

Requirements

• Broad, hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels and deliverable types
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, cohesive messaging, and audience-focused communication
• Experience producing or coordinating content, social media, websites, email, digital campaigns, print collateral, advertising, or events
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Project-management ability across multiple active priorities
• Basic design capability, including tools such as Canva
• PR, media relations, or earned-media experience strongly preferred
• A proactive and independent working style with strong attention to detail
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
