Responsibilities

• Own the regional marketing budget and annual marketing plan, track competitor activity.
• Own regional lead generation - paid social on Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms, and work closely with our Google Ads agency partner to drive high-quality opportunities from residential, commercial, and infrastructure clients.
• Be the hands-on owner of our US website in HubSpot - publishing content, and continually improving SEO and GEO (AI search visibility) performance through analysis and hands-on updates.
• Partner with our PR agency on trade media outreach, and support the sales team with the assets and collateral they need to close.
• Plan and create organic social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including short-form video.
• Responsible for qualifying inbound leads from web forms, calls, and emails, in Salesforce.

• Is a hands-on marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience?
