Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and write copy for product launches, email campaigns, customer case studies, landing pages, sales sheets, white papers, video scripts, webinars, and other marketing collateral
  • Lead creative initiatives and manage ongoing marketing programs including newsletters, influencer collaborations, and promotions
  • Formulate compelling product positioning and messaging that highlight CoSchedule’s unique value propositions
  • Optimize all content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement
  • Assist in implementing AI-driven content strategies to enhance marketing efforts
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, testimonials, and real-world results to strengthen marketing narratives
  • Support the development of product-centric content that converts inbound leads into paying customers
  • Monitor key analytics and conversion metrics, recommend A/B tests, and implement funnel or website adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve content quality and marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in conversion copywriting and content creation
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of online marketing channels including social media and blogs
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and marketing automation
  • Knowledge of marketing metrics and data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Remote work capability with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace (North Dakota or Minnesota residence required)

Preferred

  • Technical proficiency with online and web-based software applications
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B marketing is preferred
  • Power user of CoSchedule or similar marketing platforms (preferred)
