Responsibilities

• Pure Fiji B2B Marketing & Brand Support (Approx. 60%)
• Marketing Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing B2B marketing campaigns that support spa, hospitality, distributor, and wholesale partners.
• Sales & Marketing Materials: Develop, update, and maintain line sheets, sales presentations, promotional PDFs, educational materials, trade show collateral, retail merchandising tools, and digital marketing assets.
• Trade Show & Event Support: Coordinate marketing materials, booth assets, promotional items, educational resources, and logistics for customer meetings, retailer events, educational programs, and trade shows.
• Education Support: Collaborate with the Director of Education to develop treatment protocols, educational presentations, webinar materials, product education, and supporting marketing collateral.
• Partner Marketing: Support distributor marketing initiatives, promotional programs, account-specific marketing projects, merchandising, and new product launches.
• Brand Management, Creative & Marketing Support (Approx. 40%)
• Brand Standards: Ensure all marketing materials maintain Pure Fiji's brand standards, messaging, visual identity, and premium positioning.
• Creative Coordination: Work with internal teams, photographers, designers, agencies, printers, and vendors to coordinate creative projects from concept through completion.
• Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives across Pure Fiji DTC, Amazon, Ready Care Industries, and other company brands as business needs require.

Requirements

• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or a related field. Experience within beauty, wellness, hospitality, retail, or consumer products is preferred.
• Education: Some college level in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Project and Time Management: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Creative Skills: Experience coordinating marketing materials, presentations, collateral, events, and creative projects.
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
• Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple brands and marketing initiatives.
• Professionalism: Highly organized, dependable, collaborative, and proactive with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
