Responsibilities

• Works with Marketing & Communications leadership to execute multiple marketing and communication projects with specific deadlines. Able to maintain challenging timelines while ensuring brand standards, quality and efficiency.
• Provides creative input on projects.
• Gathers information, materials and resources needed to implement key projects.
• Assembles and coordinates project teams including operations, finance, human resources, vendors and others to support marketing and communication initiatives.
• Prepares the background materials required and facilitates meetings.
• Ensures excellent customer service and successful working relationships with team members, customers, vendors and community leaders.
• Maintains records and reports necessary for the brand and content/communications director to keep executives and team members informed of activities.
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
• Works as a team with other professionals within Strategic Communications and Brand Marketing and other internal and external customers with special projects as needed and requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, communications, advertising, journalism or similar field.
• Two (2) years marketing or communications related experience either in a corporate or advertising agency setting or 2 years of experience in a business environment.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
• Ability and desire to work with a project management system.
