Own and coordinate multi‑channel marketing operations across departments, delivering campaigns, promotional materials, events, and content while ensuring brand consistency and timely approvals.

  • Events & Partners: manage events, sponsorships, vendor relations, and approvals to drive community and brand impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing company marketing initiatives.
  • Create and coordinate sales ads, flyers, promotional materials, and customer communications.
  • Support social media content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Help maintain website updates, inventory promotions, and online marketing content.
  • Coordinate marketing requests from sales, parts, service, and store locations.
  • Assist with company events, open houses, customer appreciation events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community involvement.
  • Work with vendors, media contacts, and advertising partners as needed.
  • Help manage donation, sponsorship, and advertising requests by gathering information and routing approvals appropriately.
  • Support email marketing, direct mail, signage, branded materials, and other customer-facing communications.
  • Take or coordinate photos, videos, and content for marketing use.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of marketing, communications, advertising, or related experience preferred
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar design/content tools preferred
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative, dependable, and willing to take initiative
  • Ability to work well with multiple departments and locations
  • Agriculture, equipment, dealership, or rural business experience is helpful but not required
