Job Summary

Own cross-channel B2B marketing for a technology BU, translating complex features into messages for NA buyers while aligning with Germany content and distributor needs.

  • Lead multi-channel strategy: harmonize messaging across channels and mediums for inbound growth.
  • Drive technology content and campaigns: create official materials and campaigns that follow brand guidelines and support distributors.
  • Measure and optimize: track campaigns, leads, and spend with Product and Sales to lift pipeline and win rates.

Job Description

  • Be the Key Contributor to the marketing strategy development and ensure strategy implementation of external product communication plans for the assigned Business Unit technology.
  • Drive top-of-funnel inbound marketing and ensure integration of appropriate content and messaging from central business units in Germany into the North American Region, while also harmonizing across all mediums of communications.
  • Provide all Marketing support for the business unit trade fairs and events along with Product Management and Sales.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of technology-specific content, communication materials, and/or campaigns to meet brand guidelines.
  • Utilize an integrated multichannel approach to marketing for both online and offline channels. Select appropriate communication mix, content, and timing to deliver the right message to the right audience to maximize effectiveness.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, public relations, editorial opportunities, social media, paid media, event marketing content, technical product content development (tech papers, whitepapers, etc), e-communications, videos, newsletters, webinars and more.
  • In collaboration with agency, select appropriate media, content, and timing to deliver the right message to the right audience to maximize total contacts and qualified leads, impressions, and other defined KPI.
  • Ensure contacts generated are qualified and nurtured to further their journey to becoming sales qualified.
  • Compile, maintain data, and report on success of campaigns and marketing activities for assigned technology topics. Identify, track and report on lead generation. Manage spend for defined budget and report on monthly basis to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other members of Marketing and Product Management to integrate consistent product content, promotions strategy, and branding into various platforms, media, with customization by distributor as needed.
  • Ensure the timely and frequent update of website content for assigned topics.
  • Continuously utilize market research and market intelligence to benchmark Bosch Rexroth against key competitor go-to-market positions, maintain in-depth knowledge of how to differentiate Bosch Rexroth’s technology within the market.
  • Support distributor-specific projects with communication materials, communicate marcom plans that enhance distributor growth, maintain relevant content availability on extranet systems (myRexroth).
  • Support the marketing communications manager and greater marketing department in the development and execution of cross-technology content and tactics as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in technical B2B marketing, communications, or marketing support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create marketing copy for multiple media formats.
  • Ability to comprehend technical product features and translate them into compelling marketing messaging.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs, and analyzing campaign performance data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong judgment and initiative in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Fundamental financial acumen to manage and track marketing budgets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
  • Knowledge of Bosch Rexroth automation and electrification products.
  • German language skills and/or SAP experience.
