Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and communications activities that support business objectives
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders
• Develop and manage print, digital, and promotional materials
• Assist with the development and management of the company's marketing plan and budget
• Support marketing campaigns across print and online channels
• Create presentations, marketing literature, campaign materials, and other marketing content for a variety of audiences
• Develop engaging internal and external communications
• Coordinate internal and external marketing events and activities
• Respond to incoming marketing-related email, phone, and social media inquiries
• Coordinate promotional items and related materials

Requirements

• 2–3 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience working across multiple areas of the marketing mix
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to getting work done
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment while also managing assignments independently
