Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Builds, executes, and optimizes email campaigns and automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develops on-brand content - copy, graphics, and short-form video - using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Creates and schedules content across global social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others) using social media scheduling tools, like Sprout Social
  • Helps maintain brand consistency and compliance across all internal and external communications
  • Manages and maintains our digital asset management system (AMS), keeping photography, brand files, and creative assets organized and accessible
  • Supports the maintenance and updates of Clarke's website content (Wordpress-based)
  • Tracks and reports on campaign and content performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Contributes to internal communications drafts, newsletters, and announcements
  • Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors for marketing materials and events
  • Assists with tradeshow and event preparation, including printed collateral, digital assets, and on-site support
  • Manages work and workflow using project management software (such as Asana), including task tracking, project timelines, and cross-functional coordination
  • Utilizes AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot and Claude) to support content development and workflow efficiency - with a strong commitment to brand compliance and maintaining Clarke's authentic, accurate voice in all outputs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable marketing automation platform with basic data hygiene practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Experience managing social media accounts and using scheduling platforms
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for brand voice and detail
  • Comfort working with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or Claude to improve efficiency
  • Basic understanding of analytics - email performance, social insights, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms for task tracking and workflow management
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Experience in B2B marketing, public health, environmental science, or similar industry dealing with regulated, complex information
