Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects as the go-to for Boston property marketing deliverables within a team setting.
- Manage marketing projects and workflow, including shifting focus based on deadlines and priorities.
- Attend meetings with managers, design teams, and brokers to explain ideas and implement feedback.
- Produce deliverables and design edits, maintaining CBRE brand integrity across templates and files.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience; design/detail-oriented with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
- Experience delivering marketing concepts to clients with a project management calendar.
- Ability to manage client expectations and build agreement in real time through effective questioning.
