Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Referral Source and Community Outreach
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with caseworkers, community partners, and agencies that refer families to A Blessing of Hope, LLC.
  • Conduct regular outreach through scheduled visits, email campaigns, and informational materials to promote services such as Family Support, Intensive Family Preservation and Reunification, Supervised Visitation, and Individual Therapy Services.
  • Represent the organization at agency meetings, community events, and networking functions as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, contacts, and follow-up actions to support data tracking and marketing effectiveness.
  • Marketing Campaign Development and Execution
  • Work under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer to plan, design, and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive referrals and awareness of company programs.
  • Create professional materials including flyers, digital ads, newsletters, and promotional content to communicate the company’s mission and services.
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure campaign messaging aligns with organizational goals, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and report on campaign results, including engagement metrics, referral trends, and partnership feedback.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement, preferably within human services or nonprofit environments.
  • Demonstrated skill in relationship-building and external communications.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under direction and supervision.
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural competence.
