Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Brand Ambassador is responsible for local lead generation efforts including, but not limited to: Experience Center management, local events in and outside the Experience Center, and home show events. This position plays a vital role in driving sales growth and finding new business opportunities.
  • Experience Center walk in traffic
  • Ensure every customer interaction in the showroom is a positive and memorable experience. Assist walk in clients answering inquiries, and making thoughtful recommendations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Displays and demonstrates product using samples, and digital tools emphasizing features and benefits of Pella products.
  • Maintain a high-level of product knowledge to communicate the benefits and features of Pella products effectively.
  • Plan and execute in-house Experience Center events to promote new products and build customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom traffic and sales.
  • Lead generation management from walk in leads in Salesforce
  • Field calls from the branch’s main line
  • Manage showroom inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and products are displayed attractively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
  • Language and Communication Skills: Ability to read and analyze documents related to contracts and work documents. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to verbally present information and respond to questions from customers, managers, and the general public.
  • Professional Skills: Must present a clean and neat physical appearance and strictly abide by company dress code serving as a role model for other employees, customer and visitors.
  • Reasoning Abilities: Ability to solve practical and arithmetic problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
