Job Summary

Own day-to-day consumer outreach and education on promotions while delivering solid customer service and acting as the main contact for consumer relations; drive leads and SALES through direct marketing efforts.

Face-to-face engagement with potential customers to educate on promotions and promotions-led buying signals.
Lead generation and direct sales driving through brand-marketing campaigns.
Own consumer relations and serve as a single point of contact to ensure quality interactions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
Provide excellent customer service
Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
Interact with potential customers to provide quality customer service
Act as a point person for all consumer relations
Generate leads and drive SALES

Requirements

Strong people skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
Self-starter
Self-motivated

Preferred

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar fields is a plus (not required)
