Job Summary

Own the procurement workflow for interior remodels, turning specs into on-site deliveries, on-time purchases, and budget-adherent sourcing.

  • Procurement Operations: Quantify finishes, request quotes, manage POs, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Coordination & Execution: Align design intent with schedule, budget, and site needs.
  • Data & Vendor Management: Maintain trackers, build supplier relationships, and keep pricing and inventory current.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Material Takeoffs & Specifications — Quantify and document every finish item from plans (tile, stone, lighting, hardware, plumbing, appliances, etc.).
  • Purchasing & Tracking — Request quotes, manage purchase orders, monitor lead times, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Project Coordination — Partner with design and site teams to ensure materials align with schedule, budget, and design intent.
  • Documentation & Systems — Maintain accurate procurement trackers, spec binders, and digital records in Asana, Google Workspace, and Dropbox.
  • Vendor Management — Build relationships with reps and suppliers, resolve issues, and keep pricing and inventory data current.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in residential construction or interiors with purchasing experience.
  • Detail-oriented, calm under shifting priorities, and fluent in spreadsheets.
  • Value precision, accountability, and good communication.
