Responsibilities

Support business development and marketing efforts through proposal coordination, content management, client engagement activities, and special event support.
Develop and produce high-quality proposals; manage marketing data and resources; coordinate internal and external communications.
Support client relationship initiatives and coordinate marketing and communications activities across teams.

Requirements

3+ years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently while remaining organized, adaptable, and responsive to team needs.
Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Positive, collaborative attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
