Job Summary

Own on-site event execution and guest support for promotions, driving smooth setup, inventory accuracy, and post-event learnings.

Event Execution: Oversee setup and breakdown of events and promotions, with inventory and redemption accuracy tied to guest accounts.
Guest Experience: Engage guests, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot promotional kiosks to uphold service standards.
Reporting & Optimization: Deliver post-event strengths and opportunities to supervisor to improve future programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Complete training on all promotional systems as directed by supervisor
Oversee setup/breakdown for events & promotions
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer all customer inquiries
Responsible for promotional inventory day of execution
Record customer information within the program database
Ensure that all items given to guests have been properly redeemed and accounted for on their players accounts using gaming system
Assist and troubleshoot any issues guests may have at promotional kiosks during a promotion
Give detailed report to supervisor on strengths and opportunities that took place during the event/promotion
Ensure all marketing programs are successful from beginning to end

Requirements

High School Diploma or five years equivalent in professional experience required.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Entertainment based field preferred
Upbeat & Positive Attitude
Must be proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products
Travel required occasionally.
