Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Own and plan our twice-yearly Medical Advisory Summits , bringing physicians and Doximity leaders together for thoughtful discussions about clinical needs, product feedback, and the future of care. Lead planning, invitations, programming coordination, travel, vendors, and on-site execution.
  • Manage Doximity’s presence at medical trade shows, including booth experiences, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, and lead capture.
  • Plan corporate events, physician gatherings, and conference-adjacent experiences that build relationships and showcase Doximity’s products.
  • Produce virtual events and activations, including webinars, product demonstrations, and interactive sessions for clinicians.
  • Manage event calendars, budgets, vendors, and timelines; set goals for each event and measure attendance, engagement, and outcomes to improve future programs.

Requirements

  • Experience owning complex, high-touch events from concept through execution, ideally including executive gatherings, advisory boards, or summits.
  • Experience managing trade shows, corporate events, and virtual programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple events, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders on track at once.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, physicians, speakers, and vendors, with a thoughtful approach to the attendee experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or professional communities is a plus.
