Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison between StarkMD and our social media agency.
• Collaborate on the monthly social media and marketing content calendar.
• Capture photos and short-form video throughout the practice for social media.
• Film portions of surgical procedures in the operating room for educational and social media content.
• Capture physician, provider, treatment, behind-the-scenes, and spontaneous day-to-day content.
• Coordinate content for the three StarkMD social media accounts.
• Prepare and post approved patient before-and-after photos.
• Create Instagram Stories, Reels, graphics, and other timely social content.
• Use Canva to create branded social media graphics and marketing materials.
• Use CapCut to edit Reels, Stories, and short-form video.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, social media, communications, content creation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
• Experience creating graphics and editing short-form video content.
• A strong visual eye and ability to recognize compelling social media content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Professional and comfortable interacting with physicians, patients, staff, and outside marketing partners.
• Interest or experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, skincare, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or luxury brands is highly desirable.
