Job Summary

Drive in-store customer engagement by educating shoppers on promotions, delivering exceptional service, and converting interest into sales, while serving as the frontline support and brand ambassador in retail environments.

  • Own front-line customer interactions and issue resolution with a focus on immediate conversions.
  • Educate shoppers on current promotions and brand offerings to move interest into qualified leads.
  • Represent clients professionally through in-store campaigns and relationship-building with new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred—but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a team setting
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to think critically and adapt to different customer needs
