Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners.
• Conduct regular visits to physician offices, urgent care centers, hospitals, chiropractic clinics, and other referral sources.
• Educate referral sources on the practice's services, providers, treatment options, and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Track referral patterns and identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with physicians and office leadership to develop growth strategies.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and provider information packets.
• Maintain a database of referral sources and document marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the practice professionally at networking events and professional organizations.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing, physician liaison, medical sales, or business development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of orthopedic, spine, pain management, or musculoskeletal services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
