Appointment Ownership: set qualified in-home visits following guidelines to maximize conversion.
Operations & Compliance: enter customer data accurately and follow store standards while maintaining reliable shifts.

Responsibilities

Engage shoppers in friendly, professional conversations
Introduce our home improvement services
Set qualified in-home appointments following clear guidelines
Accurately enter customer information into our system
Follow store and company compliance standards
Work assigned shifts consistently and reliably

Requirements

Must be able to work weekends (required due to peak retail traffic)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required
