Own the intake and status tracking for loss restoration cases, ensuring PSA and XactAnalysis updates flow to field docs and final billing while coordinating marketing material orders.
- Operations Intake & Status: own intake from phone or email and push cases to final billing with timely PSA updates.
- Documentation & Field Compliance: ensure field paperwork is complete and referrals-ready across systems.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Intake new losses via phone, email, and fax.
- Monitor updates in PSA for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
- Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily.
- Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date.
- Update PSA daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing.
- Ordering materials for marketing.
- Review work site and completed paperwork for future referrals.
Requirements
- College
- 2-5 years within the industry
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record.
- Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability.
- Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear.
- Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
