Job Summary
Own the content and proposal readiness workflow for RFP responses, coordinating cross-functional teams and keeping a centralized template library up to date to ensure fast, high-quality submittals.
- Manage multi-location collaboration to assemble marketing docs, SF330s, and presentation materials for bids.
- Maintain templates and CRM content to speed submittals and consistency.
- Align with internal teams to meet tight deadlines and ensure proposal quality.

- Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs \n
- Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables \n
- Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups \n
- Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program \n
- Assist with various other marketing-related tasks \n
