Marketing Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitates various functions within marketing systems for alignment on Go-To-Market plans (such as marketing databases, change request forms, vendor portals)
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and requirements needed for execution
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Understanding vendor branding requirements and guidelines for compliance
• Participates in reoccurring touchpoints with the Marketing Manager for alignment and status updates
• Creates promotional flyers for incentives/SPIFS for internal sales audiences
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as creative, events, trade management) to track campaign activities
• Maintain a well-organized centralized repository for marketing assets, ensuring easy access for team members
• Ensure vendor approved activities are compliant and an acceptable activity type according to vendor claiming guidelines
• Enters marketing plan into vendor portal

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field or 4 years of applicable experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting
• Leadership: Ability to lead and drive project success with a desire for process improvement and efficiency
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in tracking marketing campaigns with strong organizational management
• Communication: Clearly convey project updates and collaborate effectively
• Additional Abilities: Multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
