Job Summary

Drive multi-channel marketing project management for O-pa, coordinating campaigns, schedules, and partners to deliver on a season of performances.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leaves the planning, execution, and delivery of major, multi channel marketing projects and campaigns across departments and platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Ensures adherence to approved project management processes, workflows, standards and best practices; proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and solutions to protect scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Administers and maintains the marketing project management system (Monday.com), ensuring consistent use, documentation, and reporting in alignment with department standards.
  • Manages internal and external resources by assigning work across teams and partners, balancing capacity, expertise, and priorities.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between internal departments and external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery of assets, and adherence to specifications.
  • Facilitates stakeholder approvals while ensuring version control and asset management standards are upheld.
  • Identifies and implements opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration across the marketing function.
  • Join the marketing department and other O-pa colleagues to provide support at performances and scheduled events throughout the season
  • Represents O-pa in a professional manner, including presentation of an enthusiastic and positive attitude when interacting with O-pa audiences, subscribers, and donors.
  • Attend all meetings as required

Requirements

  • Five to seven (4-6) years of progressive experience in marketing project management, integrated marketing, or a related leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi stakeholder projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross functional teams.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com), CRM systems (e.g., Tessitura), and email/digital marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in marketing, communications, business administration, project management or related field required.
  • Evening and weekend hours for performance duty are required.
  • Maximum of 5% travel annually.
