Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistic s of Weatherby's marketing events and tradeshows to support brand presence.
• Assist with campaign planning, advertising, and marketing promotions.
• Manage collateral orders and creative asset organization.
• Manage Weatherby's marketing orders that are for our trusted brand partners, media members, and guide/outfitter program.
• Support digital content and social initiatives as needed.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the marketing team.
• Ensure that our Direct to Consumer orders flow from web team to shipping
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in project coordination or marketing support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
