Owns support for bovine marketing, sales education, and training initiatives, collaborating across marketing to develop onboarding materials, reference guides, and market research to shape future bovine initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and organization of bovine marketing, sales education, and training materials.
  • Support the redesign of internal sales onboarding resources and educational programs.
  • Create and update sales reference guides, comparison charts, and clinic-facing marketing assets.
  • Conduct market, product, and competitive research to identify opportunities for future bovine marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, project organization, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Help identify innovative ideas and educational resources that support the continued growth of Midwest's bovine business.
  • Perform additional marketing and administrative project support as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Animal Science or Communications, or a related field.
  • Interest in cattle, livestock, veterinary, or animal health industries.
  • Familiarity with social media, marketing communications, or educational content development.
  • Agricultural, livestock, FFA, 4-H, or veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, or SharePoint is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a self-directed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to research, organize, and present information in a clear and professional manner.

Preferred

  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, or SharePoint is preferred.
