Job Summary

Own GTM operations and cross-functional execution, turning marketing concepts into trackable programs with clear timelines, budgets, and risk management.

  • GTM Execution: orchestrate concept through lifecycle planning with leadership-aligned milestones.
  • Asset & Events Ops: centralize asset tracking, rights stewardship, and event logistics.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: run tight updates with Global GTM, Franchise Groups, Creative, and Media for smooth delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Project Orchestration & Timeline Management: Define GTM scope, objectives and deliverables; build detailed timelines, team allocations, and milestones; identify risks and escalate; track GTM budget and actuals.
  • Asset & Events Operations: Create and maintain a central asset-tracking system; monitor asset rights and expiration dates for compliance; act as go-to person for campaign events and logistics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with Global Go-to-Market, Franchise Groups, Creative, Media, and other partners; circulate detailed status updates; plan special projects and team events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a program or project management role, preferably within a marketing team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • A highly collaborative and positive attitude, with demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrix team environment and at times with ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Experience with asset management systems is a plus.
