Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community values.
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, providing insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Enhance brand awareness and reputation by coordinating marketing activities, promotional events, and advertising initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collect and analyze pricing data, market conditions, and competitor pricing to support the development of competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Assist in the implementation of pricing changes and monitor their impact on sales and profitability.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and store teams to ensure cohesive marketing and pricing strategies that meet business objectives and community expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and engagement.
  • Incorporate tribal values and community considerations into marketing and pricing plans, promoting respectful and culturally aware business practices.
  • Participate in community engagement activities and support initiatives that enhance the company's relationship with the Colville Tribes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing or pricing role.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing concepts and pricing strategies to enhance brand visibility and competitive positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and pricing trends, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns, utilizing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Experience in graphic design developing marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution of initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience in retail, fuels, hospitality, or a closely related industry, particularly within a tribal or community-focused organization.
  • Familiarity with tribal governance and cultural values.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting marketing campaigns and pricing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
