Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Performance Manager drives growth in low-cost deposits, customer relationships, and loan generation across River Run Banks by leading data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing performance, and linking marketing efforts to account growth, product adoption, and customer value.
  • Strategic Performance Marketing: Drive key bank objectives, including low-cost deposit growth, relationship deepening, and loan application generation through campaign channel strategy and budget allocation recommendations based on performance data, cost efficiency, and business priorities
  • Lead campaign development to attract new customers, increase primary banking relationships, and support lending growth
  • Campaign Optimization & Measurement: Own campaign strategy, delivery, performance tracking and optimization across digital and owned channels
  • Establish KPIs tied to business outcomes such as new account openings, funding levels, cross-sell activity, and loan applications
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, offers, audiences, and channels to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
  • Evaluate campaign ROI and recommend refinements to maximize impact and efficiency
  • Insights & Analytics: Translate performance data into actionable insights that inform strategy and investment decisions
  • Leverage analytics platforms such as GA4, CRM (Quest), and Google Ads, to understand customer behavior and conversion paths
  • Develop clear dashboards and reports that connect marketing activity to deposit, relationship, and loan growth
