Responsibilities

• Lead social media and email growth strategy
• Help shape content direction, campaigns, and promotional initiatives
• Identify aligned partnership and collaboration opportunities
• Coordinate influencer, affiliate, creator, and PR outreach
• Support website SEO optimization and blog strategy
• Create lead funnels, giveaways, and promotional campaigns
• Track analytics, performance metrics, and conversion opportunities
• Identify creative ways to grow awareness and generate qualified bookings

Requirements

• Proven experience growing brands, audiences, partnerships, or conversions
• Direct experience within wellness, travel, hospitality, retreats, lifestyle brands, or adjacent industries
• Understand social media strategy beyond casual/personal use
• Working knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Are highly self-directed, proactive, and reliable
• Are strong communicators with excellent relationship-building instincts
• Have existing industry connections, media relationships, creator networks, or partnership experience
• Think creatively, strategically, and entrepreneurially
• Are excited by startup environments and performance-based upside
