- Manage Wrike for wholesale, retail, international, tradeshow, and other cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Monitor all incoming marketing requests and ensure proper routing and execution
- Coordinate cross-functionally to build timelines for product launches, campaigns, and retail marketing programs
- Traffic assets across teams and external partners
- Ensure deliverables are clearly scoped, assigned, communicated and delivered on time
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks quickly, with the assistance of the team leader
- Coordinate planning, logistics, and follow-up for sales and marketing team meetings throughout the year
