Responsibilities

• Design and standardize efficient end-to-end workflows for campaign execution, lead routing and reporting
• Introduce (A.I.) automation and emerging tools to scale repetitive processes and optimize project management
• Contribute to the formation of dashboards that track marketing funnel performance, volume and ROI
• Collaborate on

• Market development and sales staff support in the states Coryell serves
• Positioning Coryell as the leader in risk management and loss prevention
• Maximizing channels and touchpoints around current Coryell jobsites and ahead of weather-related events to prospect for new business opportunities
• Maximizing channels and touchpoints to grow Coryell’s brand presence across K-12, Healthcare, Higher Education and Commercial Industrial lines of business
• Share data-driven insights with VP of Marketing to guide strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in B2B marketing or construction/education industries in a plus
• 5+ years in marketing operations
• Experience in Marketing project management
• A.I. integration a plus
• Knowledge and demonstrated us of marketing automation platforms, CRM integration and project management tools
• Analytical with deep experience tracking lead generation/marketing funnels, attribution models and RO metrics
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
