Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading the end-to-end change management and program plan for consolidating legacy partner programs into the Global Partner Program
  • Defining change impact assessments, readiness criteria, and adoption metrics for each migrating program
  • Building and maintaining a master transition roadmap, sequencing migrations to minimize partner and business disruption
  • Owning planning, agenda setting, and facilitation of SteerCo, business reviews, and decision forums
  • Preparing executive-ready materials that clearly frame decisions, risks, and tradeoffs for senior leadership
  • Driving followthrough on executive decisions, ensuring action items are tracked and closed across workstreams
  • Serving as primary liaison between Marketing, legacy program owners, GTM Finance, Legal, Tech, and partner-facing teams
  • Partnering directly with Marketing teams to design and deliver tailored communications for partners, sellers, and internal teams affected by program consolidation
  • Partnering with Engagement teams to build feedback loops surfacing partner/stakeholder concerns early and routing them to the right owners
  • Identifying transition risks (partner attrition, revenue disruption, systems gaps) and building mitigation plans

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, change management, program/project management, or GTM operations, ideally supporting large-scale organizational or system transitions
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder program consolidations or migrations, ideally within partner, channel, or ecosystem programs
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated success facilitating and driving senior leadership forums (SteerCo, business reviews, decision forums)
  • Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous, cross-functional information into clear, structured recommendations for executive audiences
  • Deep stakeholder management skills across Marketing, GTM, product, legal, finance, and partner-facing teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Preferred

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred
  • Experience with partner/channel programs, PRM systems, or B2B SaaS platform ecosystems
  • Prior experience operating within a Marketing org (marketing ops, campaign ops, or GTM ops background)
