Job Summary

You will own end-to-end growth programs for multiple brands, guiding strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution across growth, lifecycle, brand, creative, and commercial teams.

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and channel ownership with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead analysis, ROI tracking, and reporting to leadership to drive decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end marketing strategy for 1-4 brands in our portfolio, with direct ownership of some channels and partnership on others.
  • A defined marketing priority within those brands, such as customer acquisition/performance marketing, retention and repeat purchase, cross-brand shopping/LTV, retail, or trade marketing, along with the metrics that show whether it's improving.
  • The analysis behind it: channel performance, spend, funnel data, and campaign workflows, so you know what's working and what isn't.
  • Marketing budget and ROI tracking in partnership with Finance and Analytics, connecting activity to business results.
  • Clear, regular communication of findings and recommendations to marketing leadership, plus follow-through on what gets decided.
  • Practical changes across brands and channels, from recommendation through implementation, alongside our Growth, Lifecycle, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams.
  • Structure for cross-functional marketing work: setting priorities, keeping decisions moving, and making sure launches and tests get out the door and are tracked through to results.
  • Faster, smarter ways of working, including using AI and automation to cut manual effort and speed up learning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth, marketing operations, commercial strategy, consulting, or a startup generalist role, including working with marketing performance data, budgets, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, GA4, SQL, Excel/Sheets modeling).
  • Understand how the pieces of a marketing engine fit together, from paid and lifecycle to brand and site experience, even if their deepest experience is in one or two areas.
  • Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
  • Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
  • Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.

Preferred

  • Bonus points if you also have experience with DTC or multi-brand ecommerce, retail or B2B/trade marketing, or early-stage startups.
  • At Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.

Benefits

  • generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, plus Havenly-specific perks: free design services, furniture discounts, and merchandise/anniversary credits.

Havenly

Havenly's mission is to build the community power of refugee and immigrant women through job training, education, and organizing.Havenly was founded in 2018 with a mission to break the cycle of marginalization that keeps refugee women in New Haven in poverty and isolation. Our flagship 6-month fellowship is a paid job training program that combines work experience at our restaurant with English, digital and financial literacy, advocacy, food safety classes, and more. But we do more than that - we know that the only lasting, real solution to this problem is building economic and political power together. That is why we are dedicated to creating community, sharing knowledge, and supporting our alumni as they advocate for themselves and their communities. To date, we have graduated over 85 refugee and immigrant women from our program and supported more than 550 family members, generating more than a million dollars in income for refugee families. 80% of our graduates have found employment and the average wage they are earning is $17.50/hour, compared to the $10 per hour wage that refugee women earn on average in the United States. Our impact on economic wellness goes beyond earning a living wage, however. To us at Havenly, a “refugee” includes anyone who has come to the US in search of refuge - whether they are legally defined as a refugee, asylum seeker, remain undocumented, or have a different immigration status. The need for our training and support services for these populations remains as crucial as ever, and that is why we are developing innovative ways to provide people the tools and support to change the material conditions of their own lives.
