Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day retail operations across stores and distribution centers.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of store opening, closing & operational procedures.
- Support logistics & supply chain activities including deliveries, returns & transfers.
- Implement and enforce marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle vendor communications and ensure timely procurement & service delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and IT to ensure the technical feasibility of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety & operational standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role within a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage in a global market.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
