Job Summary

Own and optimize day-to-day operations and cross-functional support that keeps product costing, launches, and retailer portals running while enabling sales and marketing analytics and reporting.

  • Operations & Administration: Manage cost files, trackers, documentation, and multiple projects to support product launches and customer opportunities.
  • Data & Reporting: Download, organize, and analyze sales, product, and market data; generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate product samples, testing with labs, portal data accuracy on Amazon/Walmart, and prepare customer-facing materials and presentations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support product costing, customer samples and shipments, product testing submissions, retailer portals, sales reporting, customer presentations, product launches, and other day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Report to the Director of Marketing.
  • Manage spreadsheets, documentation, systems, and multiple projects.
  • Provide administrative, analytical, and project support to the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Prepare and submit product-testing requests to third-party laboratories, including samples, forms, specifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain costing files, project trackers, product data, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate product sample requests and shipments, including assembling presentation kits and tracking delivery.
  • Maintain customer and retailer portals, including Amazon and Walmart, ensuring product data, content, pricing information, images, and documentation are accurate.
  • Prepare customer presentations, sales reports, product comparison files, and marketing materials using established templates.
  • Download, organize, review, and analyze sales, product, customer, and market data.

Requirements

  • Provide administrative, analytical, and project support to the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Coordinate the product-costing process by gathering and organizing information from cross-functional teams to support new products and customer opportunities.
  • Support product launches by coordinating product information, packaging details, testing requirements, timelines, samples, and customer documentation.
  • Maintain costing files, project trackers, product data, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate product sample requests and shipments, including assembling presentation kits and tracking delivery.
  • Prepare and submit product-testing requests to third-party laboratories, including samples, forms, specifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain customer and retailer portals, including Amazon and Walmart, ensuring product data, content, pricing information, images, and documentation are accurate and current.
  • Prepare customer presentations, sales reports, product comparison files, and marketing materials using established templates.
  • Download, organize, review, and analyze sales, product, customer, and market data.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel and other business systems.
  • Conduct market and competitive research, including retail-store visits to review product placement, photograph planograms, collect pricing information, and document merchandising observations.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in administrative, sales-support, marketing-operations, project-coordination, or related role preferred.
