Job Summary

Coordinate cross‑team professional marketing projects and events to deliver ads, flyers, and tools for professional customers.

  • Own end‑to‑end event and publication workflow across Sales, Merchandise, Marketing, and Graphics.
  • Must-have: Experience coordinating multi‑department marketing materials and timelines.
  • Standout: Broad cross‑functional scope with stock, pricing, and inventory coordination.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development, creation, and implementation of various Professional Customer marketing projects and efforts
  • Implement all professional marketing materials, answering questions and monitor results of programs.
  • Coordinate professional customer sale event/flyer creation process
  • Work with graphics team to ensure accurate changes are made in a timely manner.
  • Work with Pricing and Merchandise Departments to endure accurate price points are featured on the ad/flyer.
  • Work with Inventory Control and Purchasing Departments to endure adequate stock is supplied to stores and DCs.
  • Coordinate and plan all team meetings associated with the event.
  • Work with Sales, Merchandise and Marketing teams to create effective publications including- Shop Specials, Quarterly Tool Box, Commodity Flyer and other sales tools as needed.
  • Proof all professional ads for accuracy.
  • Oversee all communications to various departments for the execution of professional customer sale distribution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience with and knowledge of the following software: Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Experience in data entry and 10-key.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must present a professional company image and positive attitude and be comfortable in a TEAM oriented environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments effectively.
  • Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs.

Preferred

  • Several years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Sales Specialist in a retail based store.
  • Knowledge of promotions and sale implementation.
  • An understanding of our corporate structure, logistic, purchasing and inventory control systems.
  • Marketing or Communications degree.
