Job Description

Drive digital content and social media marketing for the organization, coordinating content creation, campaigns, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Own planning, creation, scheduling, monitoring, and publishing content across various social media platforms to build and maintain the organization’s online presence and engagement.
  • Developing creative and engaging digital content including reels, short-form videos, graphics, photography, blogs, newsletters, testimonials, and promotional materials aligned with the organization’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Assisting in the conceptualization, filming, editing, and coordination of reels, short-form videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and multimedia storytelling for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Working with outside advertising agencies, media groups, videographers, photographers, influencers, printers, and digital vendors in the development and execution of campaigns, commercials, reels, videos, and promotional content.
  • Assisting in the development and distribution of digital newsletters, internal communications, event promotions, employee features, and community outreach materials.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to support organizational goals, increase awareness, drive engagement, and promote programs, services, and events.
  • Creating and editing graphics and visual content using platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other digital content creation tools.
  • Staying current with emerging digital marketing trends, AI-assisted content tools, social media algorithms, analytics platforms, and best practices to improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Working closely with marketing, communications, leadership, clinical departments, and community partners to align digital strategies with organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Assisting with the management and optimization of paid digital and social media advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and support campaign objectives.
