Job Summary

Support CRM data integrity and reporting for business development, coordinating data entry, cleanups, and dashboards.

  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM data for clients, projects, and opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across records and pipelines.
  • Assist in dashboards, reports, and leadership updates to track activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain client, project, and opportunity data within the CRM system
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of CRM records
  • Support data cleanup efforts and ongoing data quality initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining standardized naming conventions and data structures
  • Help track pursuits, client interactions, and pipeline activity
  • Assist in generating regular reports on pipeline, pursuits, and client activity
  • Support development and maintenance of dashboards and tracking tools
  • Compile data for leadership reporting and business development reviews
  • Help identify gaps or inconsistencies in data
  • Assist with collecting and organizing client feedback and pursuit data

Requirements

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, professional, and team oriented attitude.
  • Ability to quickly understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear written content.
  • Strong ability to set priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of marketing, administrative support, or data coordination is required.
  • Experience in AEC or professional services preferred but not required.
