Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Omni brand identity across all platforms.
• Expand, grow, and contribute to the firm’s marketing platform, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Coordinate, review, edit, and design responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Continuously update, edit, and strengthen marketing assets, including presentations, brochures, and other client-facing materials.
• Collect, develop, proofread, edit, and manage content for the website, press releases, social media, video library, photo library, and other marketing assets.
• Lead the execution of marketing strategies that support sales and business development efforts.
• Represent the firm at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging.
• Stay current on industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development support is required; three years of experience would be preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, website management, email campaigns).
• Strong soft skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

• Knowledge of the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
