Job Description
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing quarterly marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Managing social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email)
- Building brand partnerships and athlete collaborations
- Analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns for conversion
- Collaborating with product, sales, and operations on messaging and positioning
- Managing budget allocation and vendor relationships
- Building creative briefs and working with designers and videographers on content
Requirements
- Comfortable with data—you think in KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI
- Social media strategy and content creation
- Email marketing fundamentals (campaigns, segmentation, testing)
- Excited to own strategy, not just execute tasks
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
Preferred
- Sports or e-commerce background is a plus
- hockey passion is a bonus
