Responsibilities\n- Own WFF's full social media strategy across all platforms, setting channel-specific goals, KPIs, and content direction\n- Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring content is strategically targeted, on-brand, and audience-driven\n- Manage and direct our social media agency partner, serving as the primary contact for execution, reporting, and strategic alignment\n- Oversee the content calendar to ensure every post is on-brand, audience-specific, and tied to a clear goal\n- Drive organic community growth and meaningful engagement across all owned channels\n- Lead paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization\n- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, AI tools, and social trends and bring recommendations to the team proactively\n- Report regularly on performance, translating metrics into clear insights and next steps for leadership\n- Own WFF's website, including day-to-day content management, page updates, and ensuring the site accurately reflects current programs, events, and organizational priorities\n- Manage WFF's web analytics function, including Google Analytics setup, reporting, and ongoing UX improvement recommendations\n\nRequirements\n- 4–6 years of progressive experience in social media strategy and digital marketing, with a portfolio or examples that demonstrate measurable results\n- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across social media platforms, including specific examples of follower growth, engagement rate improvement, or community-building results\n- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)\n- Experience managing external vendors and agency relationships\n- Comfortable translating data into clear, strategic recommendations – pulling numbers and understanding what they mean\n- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong editorial instinct and a feel for brand voice\n- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment\n- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.\n\nPreferred\n- Background in short-form video, social SEO, or influencer/creator partnerships\n- Working knowledge of CMS platforms or basic web development concepts\n- Familiarity with Google Ad Grants\n- Google Analytics and/or Salesforce certifications\n- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or marketing automation platforms\n- Experience in a nonprofit, association, or membership-based organization\n- Familiarity with the foodservice, hospitality, or adjacent industries\n\nBenefits\n- WFF offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, professional development, and flexible paid time off.
