Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and optimize our WooCommerce site (conversion rate, AOV, LTV, UX, speed, plugins, integrations)
Work with our developer on continuous improvements
Email & SMS Marketing: Run Klaviyo (and Attentive / Omnisend or similar)
Build and optimize full customer journeys: Welcome, Browse/Cart/Checkout Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Upsell/Cross-Sell, VIP, Loyalty, etc.
Drive list growth, deliverability, segmentation, and revenue
AI & Automation: Implement and manage AI tools (ChatGPT, chatbots, and other marketing automation)
Find and recommend new AI solutions that actually move the needle
Advertising, SEO & Analytics: Manage Google Ads
Improve SEO / Local SEO and Google Business Profiles
Own GA4, GTM, Search Console, Merchant Center, and performance reporting

Requirements

WooCommerce website management
Klaviyo email marketing + lifecycle campaigns
SMS marketing (Attentive, Omnisend, or similar)
Google Ads
SEO / Local SEO
GA4 + conversion rate optimization + A/B testing
Marketing automation and customer journeys
AI tools (ChatGPT and similar)
Project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Trello)
Strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Nice-to-have: Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe, chatbot experience, WooCommerce plugins/APIs
