Job Summary

Lead content-driven marketing for Ripple Street, aligning with the CMO and Sales to build narratives and enable revenue across channels.

  • Must-have: 4–6 years of B2B marketing with a strong content, campaigns, and enablement portfolio.
  • Standout: Builds reusable, modular content and a scalable content system for sales enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape thought leadership themes in partnership with the CMO and bring them to life through written content and creative assets
  • Develop and execute a content marketing cadence across channels — blog posts, LinkedIn content, email nurture, one-pagers, and more
  • Build and maintain a case study pipeline — from identifying proof points and drafting narratives to managing client approvals and production
  • Translate complex product capabilities and campaign results into clear, compelling stories for prospects and clients
  • Partner with our Sales team to understand what the market is asking and where enablement gaps exist
  • Build and manage a modular content system, organized by persona, category, objective, and buyer journey stage so sales pods can quickly assemble what they need for specific accounts
  • Own production of sales proposals and pitch materials
  • Create measurement storytelling tools that help the team confidently explain the ROI we deliver, and drive adoption of marketing materials across the organization
  • Write clear briefs and collaborate with our Art Director through the full production lifecycle
  • Own the creative workflow — from concept through delivery — ensuring quality, brand consistency, and on-time execution

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong portfolio of content, campaigns, and enablement work
  • An excellent writer who can craft narratives with clarity, personality, and strategic intent — not just grammatical correctness
  • A systems thinker who builds reusable, modular content — not someone who starts from scratch every time
  • You know what good creative storytelling looks like and can articulate it
  • Proficient in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform) — workflows, email, reporting, and campaign management
  • A structured thinker who attacks unfamiliar problems with rigor, resourcefulness, and a “let me figure it out” mindset
  • Insatiably curious — about our space, about what makes people tick, about how to make things better
  • Comfortable embedding with sales teams — you understand that great marketing serves revenue, and you want to be close to the action
  • Adaptable with AI tools — you use them to work smarter, you’re curious about what’s next, and you’re eager to keep learning
  • Kind, energetic, and collaborative. We’re a passionate, quirky crew and we want someone who makes the room better
