You'll work alongside our founding team, including a board-certified dermatologist with 20 million followers, on problems that span brand, product, retail, and growth. Role Overview

We are looking for an organized, passionate Marketing Manager to be the connective tissue across our marketing function. You will quarterback cross-functional projects spanning product launches, 360 campaigns, retail moments, and brand activations—keeping timelines tight, stakeholders aligned, and the work shipping on time. The ideal candidate is a builder of systems and a closer of loops, equally comfortable running a launch plan in a spreadsheet, briefing an agency, and stepping in to write copy or sweat a packaging asset when the moment calls for it. This is a role for someone who wants exposure to every part of the marketing stack at a brand scaling fast.

What You'll Own

Product Launches

• Launch Planning Build and own the launch plan for every new SKU across Target, DTC, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Define workback timelines, identify dependencies, and run weekly status against the plan.
• Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Product Development, Creative, Influencer, Growth, and Retail to ensure every launch hits its full window—assets shipped, copy written, PPC live, retailer pages updated, and seeding boxes out the door.
• Asset Management Own the launch asset matrix across channels. Track every deliverable—pack shots, lifestyle, video, copy variants, PDP assets, retailer one-sheets—from brief through final delivery.

360 Campaigns

• Campaign Execution Lead end-to-end execution of integrated brand campaigns from kickoff through wrap. Translate strategy into a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables list, and drive the work to ship.
• Channel Activation Coordinate campaign rollout across paid, organic, email, SMS, influencer, retail, and PR—ensuring message consistency, sequencing, and timing across every touchpoint.
• Agency & Vendor Management Manage external partners across creative, production, PR, and media. Write briefs, drive feedback rounds, manage budgets, and hold partners accountable to scope.

Operations & Project Management

• Marketing Calendar Own the master marketing calendar across launches, campaigns, retail moments, and always-on activity. Maintain it as the single source of truth across the team.
• Project Management Run weekly stand-ups, drive meeting agendas, capture decisions, and chase open loops. Bring structure to a fast-moving environment without slowing it down.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5+ years in marketing, brand management, or project management at a DTC or omnichannel brand (Beauty or CPG preferred).
• Skill Set: Proven track record running cross-functional launches and campaigns end-to-end. Strong project management instincts—comfortable with workbacks, RACI, and managing up to leadership.
• Communication: Sharp written communicator. Briefs are clear, meeting notes are tight, and stakeholders always know where things stand.
• Range: Comfort moving between high-level planning and rolling up sleeves on the work itself—writing copy, reviewing assets, jumping into a deck when needed.
• Tools: Fluency with project management platforms (Asana, Notion, Linear), Google Workspace, and basic analytics tools.
• Location: Ability to work in-person in Los Angeles 3 days per week.
