Responsibilities

• Strategy and program management: annual plan, master calendar, budget, quarterly ROAS reporting, and specials strategy
• Social and content: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile, including weekly filming, editing, and scheduling
• Email and SMS: campaigns built in Beefree, deployed in Klaviyo, plus website pop-ups and list growth
• Paid media and web: Meta ad campaigns and point of contact for website and Google Ads vendors
• SEO and blog: monthly posts, provider-reviewed and distributed across channels
• Events and partnerships: end-to-end event execution and local partnership development
• Sales enablement: monthly front desk training using Liine call and lead data
• Reputation: Google and Yelp responses within 48 hours (HIPAA-safe) and staff review incentives

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in aesthetics, med spa, healthcare, or beauty
• Hands-on with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and lead tools like Liine
• A strong writer who understands SEO and can shift between clinical accuracy and social voice
• Comfortable as a team of one: strategic enough to set direction, scrappy enough to ship it yourself
• Awareness of HIPAA and patient consent when handling clinical content and reviews

• Bonus: aesthetics industry knowledge, GEO and AI search visibility experience, and video editing skills.
