Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s growth objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, and community channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing content including advertisements, email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, and internal communications.
  • Maintain the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of website content and customer-facing materials.
  • Manage relationships with the bank’s external marketing agency and other marketing vendors, coordinating graphic design, promotional materials, and branded merchandise.
  • Coordinate photography sessions, commercial shoots, and creative projects with external partners.
  • Support product launches and marketing initiatives promoting deposit growth, lending programs, and digital banking services.
  • Coordinate marketing logistics for community events, sponsorships, and business development activities while representing the bank at public events when appropriate.
  • Manage the marketing calendar and assist with marketing budget tracking, vendor invoices, and campaign expenses.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing updates and reports for internal leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in financial services or community banking
  • Strong writing and editing skills across digital and print formats
  • Proven ability to coordinate marketing campaigns, deadlines, and vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar systems
  • Experience using CRM systems and social media management tools
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Preferred

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in community banking is a plus
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools
